The Position

As a Training Officer, your primary responsibility is to design, develop, and deliver employee training programs. The focus of this job is making connections with people, motivating and inspiring them to achieve results. Poise and an engaging, empathetic communication style based on natural warmth and enthusiasm is the key to achieving the goals of this job. The work involves driving toward results by enrolling the commitment and buy-in of others. You will conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training needs and develop training materials aligned with the company's objectives. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support and guidance to employees and managers on training-related issues, maintain training records, and stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development. 

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, manage, and deliver training programs for new and existing staff
  •  Develop and implement training curricula that are aligned with the company's business goals
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training needs
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on staff performance and satisfaction
  • Research and implement new technologies and methods to enhance training effectiveness
  • Provide feedback and support to staff and managers on training-related issues
  • Maintain records of training activities and outcomes


  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
  • Fluent or Native in English
  • Experience with TalentLMS and Confluence is a plus
